Great coffee as at most GJs franchises, unfortunately lost a star as some owners would rather charge you 20 cents to use a card (and not signpost it) than make customers happy. Also this particular store still has only the old loyalty card system which I thought had been phased out, so I couldn't use my card.

The girls at Gloria Jean’s Roselands on Saturdays are absolute stars! Always greeted with a smile and served with genuine kindness. The coffee is consistently amazing, and the vibe they create makes it such a great spot to start the weekend. Fast service, great energy, and perfect brews every time — couldn’t ask for more. Every time I come here their loyalty card machine doesn’t work which as far as I know has been going on for nearly a year. And they do Make a good Hot chocolate

There is a worker by the name of Daniel that was so polite, nice and respectful towards me, during, while and after making my drink. I have never been so blown away by somebodys communication skills and absolutely outstanding coffee making attributes, until I saw this boy. So proud

I was at Roselands and I went to go get a coffee from here and a girl called susu served me and made my drink very impressed with her skills the coffee was amazing and we had a nice conversation, I absolutely loved my experience here, she had a lovely smile and her customer service was amazing, I will definitely be back after this amazing experience
